Rustic Charm Wedding in Gaynes Park

This quirky and whimsical wedding took place in Essex on a sunny February day. A beautiful couple Rachel and Chris wanted to have a fun and chilled celebration and they chose a lovely venue with the stunning surroundings - Gaynes Park.

We were blessed with the weather as the whole day was sunny and warm. The glass house where the ceremony took place was lit with the playful winter sun and it was a joy to photograph the couple saying their vows at this wonderful place.

 

 

After the ceremony while the guests were enjoying canapés and cocktails outside I took the Newlyweds for their wedding photoshoot in the picturesque grounds of the venue. The sun has just begun to set so we managed to capture the magic of the golden hour which always makes the romantic portraiture so much more special.

The reception with the wedding breakfast was held at the barn which was then transformed into the silent disco dance floor. This kind of weddings are one of my favourites as a photographer - rustic, charming and not too serious!
