About Me
Black & White Photo and a Pretentious Caption
Haha just kidding! I look extra serious here but I am really one of the most hands off chilled photographers ever.
Good photography tells a story, depicts an essence of the moment and captures the way you feel and not just the way you look. With 215 happy couples I believe I can do just that!
My CV would say that I have been working in fashion before (and still do sometimes shh..) with various publications in magazines including Vogue Spain and The Swiss Times. But now I am dedicating more time to fulfil my dream by capturing those special moments of love.
Why? Because I changed my attitude to fashion and its impact on our planet and now would only work with sustainable or second-hand brands.
So it was an easy option for me to become a full time wedding / family photographer because I feel like I do something good for the people and the world.
Love definitely has a power to make our world a better place!
If you read all that... Wow! Well done!

FAQs
How far in advance should I contact you?
If you like my style please feel free to drop me a line anytime before your wedding. Some dates are getting booked two yers in advance but some could be still luckily available a month prior to the big day!
What is the charge for traveling?
It depends on where your wonderful wedding is taking place. Travelling cost includes a return train ticket and a cab ride to a venue where necessary (I always provide all the receipts).
There is no charge if your wedding is taking place within Greater London.
Is there a VAT?
No, all the prices you see on the website are final and there are no hidden costs.
What camera do you use?
My camera of choice is Canon 1DX which is a professional mirror camera, there are also two portrait and one wide-angle lenses in my kit. For the more challenging lighting conditions I carry with me a portable flash.
There is always a backup camera in my case because your wedding is just as important for me as it is for you.
Do you edit the photos?
Yes, every image you receive is individually retouched. I use two programmes for post-production: Photoshop and Lightroom. The usual process is a colour and lighting adjustment for that atmospheric and unique feel and a light skin airbrushing. Some photoshoots will look different to others depending on the couple's vision and requests. Editing is the biggest part of my work that's why I do not provide RAW or unedited files.
How soon will we get the photos?
Usually your beautiful photos will be ready in two months. If a season is particularly busy (usually during the Summer months) it might take a week or two longer. But during some less engaged times you can expect your images in about a month.
What is your cancelation policy?
In the times of the pandemic my cancelation and rescheduling policy is very flexible and allows you to postpone or cancel your date free of change in case of the further restrictions.
What is the booking process?
There is an easy two-step process to book your date - a signed photography contract and a paid deposit which is 20% of your chosen package. You can always ask for a draft of the contact to go through before you decide to book.
Some of your couples look like models, we don't know how to pose...
None of the couples on the website are professional models and almost every single one of them mentioned that they don't know how to pose. It is my job to make people feel at ease in front of the camera. I have a few tricks up my sleeve to break the ice and make literally anyone loosen up. Although, if you are worried you'll look uneasy on your wedding photos a pre-wedding photoshoot can really help with that!
Do you have a second photographer?
For most weddings one photographer is enough to cover it all but the larger celebrations (more than 200 guests) could require a second photographer. I work with a couple of talented photographers who you can hire for an additional fee of £500 a day. In this case I will be covering the main event and the couple and the second photographer will be focusing on the guests and the different angles. After the wedding I will go through all the photos, select the best ones and retouch them myself for consistency.
Do you also do videography?
At the moment I focus only on photography but I would happily recommend you a few great videographers I worked with before.
Can you recommend any make up artists?
Yes, I have been lucky to work with some amazingly talented make-up and hair artists who I can recommend for your wedding or a photoshoot.
Why YTZ Weddings?
I named my business after my initials, very simple :)
